In January, 2007, the company began its fourth year with certain goals in mind. Updating the company’s website was at the top of the list, and when Ellen Richards called to explain WSI’s services, we, the owners, decided to let her team take charge. We were in very capable hands.

The virtual presentation that was given was informative and very user-friendly. We didn’t have to leave our office in Katy, Texas – Ellen and Michael were in St. Louis, and they were able to guide us through a power point presentation on the computer and telephone. They answered all of our questions, and in less than a few weeks we had a beautifully designed website that was capable of reaching the oilfield industry all over the world. Talk about potential. Our sales have soared, and we are now moving to a larger office/warehouse space. The service that WSI has provided has made a tremendous impact on our business.

Doc's Harley-Davidson has had a substantial presence in the Harley E-commerce world for two years now and enjoyed great success. That being said, we noticed a rather significant decline in traffic over the 2005 model season and attributed it to a challenged economy. It was after only a nominal increase in traffic approaching the holiday months that we realized that our web promotion efforts might be lacking. We contacted WSI and asked for a proposal to handle promotion.

 "It has been a short two months since we asked WSI to address our promotion needs. In that two months, we have not only been educated in what keywords are working through WSI's reports to us, but we have begun to notice a substantial explosion in traffic on our e-commerce website. Our pay per click campaign costs have decreased and traffic has significantly increased through WSI's better management and implementation of our web promotion.
