In the early 1980's Michael earned a Bachelor of Theology degree, and then served in four pastoral positions for 15 1/2 years. Within the last two churches Michael served as the Senior Pastor, most notably in Colstrip, Montana where the church grew significantly during his tenure.
Upon returning to Missouri, Michael served in two St. Louis based corporations as a Business Analyst and Web Developer. In 2006 Michael joined the WSI team by opening an office in the Greater St. Louis area. WSI Webpro is now serving almost 50 clients across the United States and Canada.
Michael has been invited to present at the Orlando E&I Conference for the second time, in September of 2009. He has also actively mentored over 75 WSI Internet Consultants in the past 2 1/2 years.

Ellen has over 25 years experience in assisting businesses achieve a greater Return on Investment. Her Sales and Customer Service experience in the Air Freight and Trucking industries, led to one of her past employers in the Chicago, IL area to tripling their annual gross revenue. She has also served as an accomplished Sales & Customer Service Representative in the Industrial Process & Controls Industry. Understanding the needs of a client, as well as providing top-flight customer service has allowed her to build an extensive clientele base over the years.
Along with Michael, Ellen presented at the WSI E&I Conference in Orlando, FL in October of 2007. This was a special honor. Especially since they were less than 1 year with their WSI Franchise. Ellen is very grateful that she was able to help Michael mentor new IC's coming into the WSI system.
In February of 2009, Ellen achieved her certification as a Research Analyst. As well as was able to join other WSI Franchisee's as a WSI President's Circle Member for 2010.
Jesse Márquez
Senior Graphic Designer / Web Development
Jesse has been working in the web industry for 8 plus years, and has spent the last 6 years with WSI. His main responsibilities include creating custom designs and then the XHTML coding of those designs onto the Content Management Systems. He has experience in working with tools such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator. Jesse has a B.A. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Jesse is a master at "skinning" designs onto CMS systems with the newest CSS standards. His designs are oriented towards "Conversion Architecture" in order to assist our clients to earn a greater ROI.
Sharon M Pashia
Executive Assistant / Senior Accounting Manager
Sharon has been in management for the past 25 years, and has extensive experience to organize and run an office proficiently. Along with her talents in office management, she also has 30 years experience in customer service. She has the ability in developing a great report with customers, and has dealt with customers one on one, to make them “Raving Fans”.
Sharon has done everything from auto repair to bookkeeping, running a restaurant to delivering furniture. Some even say she is the “proverbial jack-of-all-trades”.
